Qualifications Qualifications: Education: Associates degree required.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum of three years clinical experience in hospital, home care, employee occupational health or physician office required.

Licensure/certification/registration: Appropriate state RN license required.

CPR required.

Certified Case Manager preferred.

Additional skills required: Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing.

Passing score in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Must have excellent communication (verbal and written), problem solving, collaboration, decision making, critical analysis, negotiation, organizational skill and the ability to delegate.

Additional skills preferred: Previous experience as a case manager.
