Test Program Manager – Healthcare

Role Test Program Manager – Healthcare Duration – Full time with Cognizant Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled Test Program Manager Healthcare who will be responsible for Leading and driving the Digital program for a leading HC Payer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Design the overall QA Integration test strategy that includes all the various types of testing being performed by the QA team.

Planning, deploying, and managing the testing effort for the release Provide input from a testing perspective to the delivery release roadmap and project schedule plan, capacity, and deployment to production schedule Responsible for managing defects uncovered and report on testing progress Resolve escalated issues and risks with firm mitigation plans and escalate outstanding issues if required Responsible for creating test plans, test cases, test design specifications, automation plan & roadmap Identify and help build the Regression Test suite, managing the appropriate testing framework to meet the testing mandate.

Identify overall QA milestones, external milestones, dependencies, issues, risks and assumptions Create queries using SQL server for mining the test data from various applications for the project Identify the test scenarios and perform testing using SOAP UI / POSTMAN tool.

Perform In Sprint testing and adopt / introduce best practices as required Drive SDET career transformation to teams Participate in all Agile ceremonies (Planning, Demo, Closure, Scrum meetings) Across shore communication with project team members and provide guidance / identify risks /project communication Closely work with development team for triaging the issues & clarifications as part of day-to-day delivery Responsible for working with release management team during implementation plan reviews.

Coordinate with business team on production validation and providing support for UAT/PVS testing.

QUALIFICATIONS: 12+ years of experience working in IT Industry and experience in Managing Large Quality Engineering Projects/Programs for Client Large program management expertise and experience leading multi-year programs, multi-vendor teams Experience in CRM implementation, Cypress Automation with Java script experience, API Testing AWS experience – Kafka testing SQL – Query with DDL and DB testing.

ETL – Testing (Similar for CRM campaign and mapping) Vast experience in driving digital transformation in QA.

Ability to identify innovative solution and drive their customized development to accelerate delivery Experience creating program level strategies for multi-year, complex modernization initiatives Consulting expertise, experience handling multiple stakeholders in executive leadership teams at levels of VPs and above Our strength is built on our ability to work together.

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 $150,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
