This is a Full-time position in Quincy, MA posted May 21, 2019.

Who We Are Puzzle Pieces, LLC works as a collaborative practice with a multi-disciplinary team approach including mental health clinicians, speech and language pathologists, and occupational therapists.

In addition to our clinical work, we strive to respectfully support families on their journey, provide parent education/coaching and general advocacy.

Our clients have a range of pediatric mental health and developmental needs with many of our clinicians specializing in autism spectrum disorders and relationship based approaches to intervention.

Speech and Language Pathologist Full time Speech Language Pathologist/Supervisor position.

Candidates with experience with relationship based intervention preferred.

Candidates must have full independent licensure plus six or more years experience working with children and families and two or more years supervising, including clinical fellows.

License MA SLP license and CCC’s (required) Clinical Tasks Provide clinical treatment in accordance with best practice, the Puzzle Pieces, LLC family-centered model and ASHA standards.

Prep materials and plan for individualized clinical sessions.

Provide assessments and evaluations when needed with proper documentation.

Educate and coach primary caregivers and educators for optimal carryover.

Facilitate assigned groups when scheduled.

Initiate communication across collaterals for best practice collaboration.

Assist families with community follow up, education planning and accessing supports.

Complete documentation accurately within one week of the session.

Report concerns and request support as needed during supervision meetings.

Attend all practice gatherings, meetings and trainings deemed mandatory for full time staff.

Attend scheduled clinical supervision meetings weekly Leadership Tasks Direct supervision of Clinical Fellows as needed Advise Clinical Directors on updates to discipline per ASHA and best practice standards.

Maintain clinical assessments and evaluation materials for the practice Present at team meetings and organize speech team for meetings as needed Provide clinical supervision and support as needed to all SLP staff Manage reminders on clinical licensure expirations & renewals for all SLP staff Support SLP department with CEU opportunity information throughout the year Conduct 6-month, annual and performance reviews for all SLP staff Communicate with Clinical Directors around needs of SLP department, personnel issues and performance concerns.
