We Are Hiring RN Registered Nurse Manager Department: Progressive Care Schedule: Full-Time, Day shift.

40 hours per week.

Location : St.

John Medical Center Progressive Care is a 23-bed unit caring for patients who are not ill enough for the ICU but still require an elevated level of skilled nursing care.

In this area, you will learn various disease processes and expand your knowledge to a lot of different procedures.

What You Will Do As an Associate with St John Health System, you will have the opportunity to manage activities, workflow and nursing resources of assigned nursing unit(s).

Responsibilities: Ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements for self and within unit.

Conducts hiring, training, directing, development and evaluating of staff.

Identifies and resolves issues affecting the delivery of patient care services for the assigned unit(s).

Develops and implements policies and procedures to guarantee efficient and effective delivery of health services in a unit.

Monitors and adheres to budget.

Approves or monitors expenditures, purchases and other actions to ensure compliance with budget guidelines.

What You Will Need Licenses/Certifications/Registration: Required Credential(s): BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date.

Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing .

Licensed Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education: Diploma Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing with experience required Work Experience: 3 years of experience required.

1 year of leadership or management experience required.
