Visit We’re looking for talented associates to join us as we continue advancing healthcare across Wisconsin.What You Will Do As an Associate with Ministry Health Care, you will have the opportunity to provide health care services to the organization’s employees in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.:Provides treatment for job related injuries and illnesses.Conducts pre-employment health screenings and immunization clinics.Ensures compliance with applicable workplace safety laws and regulations.

May also conduct safety training programs.Provides employee counseling and referrals for occupational injuries and illnesses as well as other health-related matters.Monitors trends and causes of employee safety events and works with colleagues to identify areas of safety risk.What You Will Need Licenses/Certifications/Registration:Required Credential(s): BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 2 Months (60 days) of hire date or job transfer date. One or more of the following: Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.
