Registered Nurses & LPNs – Great things are happening in Shoreham Call Jean Marie Smith at 631-744-7158 ext 116 Newly Designed Shifts: Full & Part Time, Per Diem, Days, Eves & Weekend Located on 10 picturesque acres on the North Shore is the Citizen’s Options Unlimited Shoreham Intermediate Care Facility offering a variety of shifts for Registered Nurses and LPNs.

Six months of hospital or long-term care experience, preferably supporting people with intellectual and other developmental disabilities.
