What You Will Do As an Associate with Columbia St.

Mary’s-WI, you will have the opportunity to direct pharmacy operations to ensure alignment with the mission, values and objectives of the department and organization.

Responsibilities: Directs the development and implementation of practices, policies and procedures in all functional areas of the department.

Accountable for department staffing and capacity planning.

Oversees the development, monitoring of and compliance with departmental budget(s).

Utilizes broad knowledge of applicable statutory, regulatory and administrative requirements to direct departmental operations and ensures accountability for the department’s compliance.

Develops and maintains effective, collaborative relationships with all site leadership, specialties, departments including other specialty managers, associates and related vendors.

Implements specialty quality initiatives in the areas of patient safety, the Joint Commission, specialty accreditation, and performance improvement.

Participates in the development and administration of both long-term and annual capital plans which include facilities, systems and equipment.

Implements and monitors compliance with revenue integrity processes.

What You Will Need Licenses/Certifications/Registration:Required Credential(s): Pharmacist credentialed from the Wisconsin Pharmacy Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:Diploma Bachelor’s degree required Master’s degree preferred Work Experience:5 years of experience required.

10 years of experience preferred.

2 years of leadership or management experience required.

5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
