The Project Manager provides leadership on internal, non-technical projects or programs from initiation through delivery.

The Project Manager gathers required data from end users to evaluate objectives, goals, and scope to defined deliverables.

The Project Manager ensures that all targets and requirements are met and are completed on schedule and within budget.

In addition, the Project Manager keeps leadership informed of key issues that may impact project completion, budget, or other results.

Position Responsibilities: Manages multiple projects simultaneously.

Directs and manages project development and progress from beginning to end.

Defines and documents the project technology scope, goals, and deliverables supporting business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

Builds, develops, and grows any business relationships vital to the success of the project.

Estimates and identifies the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.

Develops scaled project plans and associated communications documents using standard tools.

Facilitates and/or participates in routine project team meetings to establish and continually manage project requirements and expectations with team members and other stakeholders.

Coaches, mentors, motivates, and supervises project team members and contractors, influencing them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.

Determines the frequency and content of status reports from the project team and analyzes results.

Tracks and report status against project plans.

Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical path.

Plans and designs tool to support HR Partner team, which includes Turnover Analysis Reports, but not limited to, employee engagement, talent management, performance management, etc.

Regularly prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends and ensures the timely and accurate generation of reports.

Prepares complex quality analyses utilizing benchmark data from a number of sources as appropriate.

Acts as a data analyst in the evaluation of quality outcomes.

Maintains the confidentiality of all internal correspondence.

Position Qualifications Include: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or Business preferred.

Three years of project management experience.

Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and internet explorer; strong spreadsheet and database skills.

Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to function independently and in a team-based environment.

Ability to work effectively with various levels of employees and management; ability to build consensus across diverse groups.

Experience working with physician groups preferred.
