PRN certified nursing assistant home health aide

Local Home Health Agency is looking for an upbeat, reliable CNA with Home Health experience.

The ideal candidate is responsible, timely and has the ability to provide quality care with little to no supervision.

include: Visiting patients in their home and providing neccessary care that may include assistance with all activities of daily living, Bathing/grooming, medication reminders, safety supervision, fall prevention, and other duties as assigned by case manager.

The CNA Home Health Aide will be given visits and will be responsible for scheduling the visit for a time that works for them.

Each patient visit is generally one hour or less, once or twice weekly.

This is a very flexible position, allowing the individual hired the ability to make their own schedule!

This is a part time PRN CNA Home Health Aide .

Candidates must have personal vehicle, proof of auto insurance and valid drivers license.

Our opening is for a PRN (per visit) CNA/Home Health Aide.

The CNA/Home Health Aide hired for the position is eligible for a SIGN ON BONUS after 90 days of employment!

: Reliable transportation Proof of Auto Insurance Must be a CNA in the State of Michigan Home Health Aide Certification or desire to receive Home Health Aide Certification 1 year experience working with seniors, with a proven track record and very reliable.

This job requires travel within the Grand Rapids Metro Area and designated territory.
