We have an exceptional opportunity for you to join as our President PharmaCorr in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.You will be responsible for ultimately providing oversight for the entire pharmacy operation.

This scope includes the process starting with the contracted medical providers through the validation of their scripts, fulfilling their scripts, and then shipping and processing returns.

This position will also lead the business unit into new markets by developing a strategic plan and managing that plan through the budgeting and approval process to the execution and attainment of these new markets.

Within each market, the ability to identify new opportunities and convert those opportunities into profitable engagements is extremely important.

Current business requires the ability to manage a staff of 100 clinical pharmacists, pharmacists, pharma techs, expeditors, and other business specialists with over 6,000 different drugs and over 5 million transactions per year.

The position is also responsible for the identification and implementation of business process improvements that will increase efficiency while improving quality in a highly regulated environment.

of the Corizon Health President PharmaCorrStrategy This position continually surveys the industry landscape for opportunities to create value and leverage the efficiency of PharmaCorr operations to develop long-term strategies in the following areas:Development of a long term plan;Development of new markets;Development of new capabilities such as claims processing, local delivery, and inbound call center operations;Development and identification of core competencies;Development of operational and financial metrics;Process Improvement; Movement from manual to automated processes;Efficient utilization of staff;Efficient shipping mechanisms;Inventory management;Guide the transformation of the company from manual, labor intensive operation to one supported by automation and efficient processes.Operational Oversees all operational functions including pharmacy operations, inventory management, technology, attainment of financial goals, and client service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

In addition this position may require being on-call outside of normal business hours and other related duties not identified below.Staff Management Manages the end-to-end hiring, replacement, and termination process including staff development including periodic performance reviews and recruiting which includes:Coaching and mentoring Lead Team members as well as other associates;Monitoring the performance of staff members to ensure compliance with policies, practices and approved standard operating procedures;Establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with the Pharmacists-in-Charge (PIC), customers and associates;Responsible for all associate relations functions including hiring and terminating, performance management, development, and training.Operations Directs all activities associated with the successful operation of a Central Fill Pharmacy.

Oversees the development, implementation, supervision and review of all the aspects of drug dispensing, storage, and waste within PharmaCorr:Inventory Management & Order Fulfillment including: Order Intake, inventory turn management, efficient and cost effective purchasing processes, efficient shipping practices, returns, back-orders, destroyed med management centrally and locally;Responsible for timely and accurate completion and fulfillment of all prescriptions;Ensures that automated equipment and software is maintained and in proper working order;Develops and updates operating procedures to facilitate effective and efficient operations.Facility Management:Oversight of costs, security, technology, and operations;Reviews and monitors standard operating procedures.

Develops and recommends improvements to promote efficiency accuracy improved service and lower costs;Ensures efficient working operation of automated systems processes and management of inventory.

Vendor Management:Negotiates contracts with local vendors and approves expenses;Maintains and negotiates agreements with suppliers primary wholesaler, manufacturers, backup pharmacies, specialty pharmacies, GPOs;Maintains and negotiates agreements with vendors shipping, facilities, hardware, and software.Financial:Budgetary development and attainment of yearly, quarterly, and monthly budgets and goals;Development and attainment of operational and financial metrics;Ensures contract fulfillment;Development and management of claims process for new markets;Oversees the development, implementation, and management of pricing mechanisms for new business, markets, and contracts;Plans and manages the fiscal year plan, budget and performance measures to ensure that goals and objectives are met; includes reviewing management reports to monitor performance in all functional areas within the business such as critical success measures, profit & loss statements, and accounts receivable.Regulatory This position is categorized as compliance critical and as such requires and is assigned specific responsibility for ensuring continual and proper compliance with all division corporate and regulatory requirements including those specific to pharmaceuticals and the parent company to include:Licensing:State & Local for 48 states / Retail, wholesale, re-packager;National DEA, VAWD;Pharmacists-in-charge (PIC) for each state and working closely with the Pharmacist-In-Charge to develop and implement strategies related to regulatory compliance and accurate and safe prescription fulfillment;Managing DEA and controlled substances;Keeping abreast of key environmental, regulatory, market, and economic changes in the industry that may impact operations;Establishing operational policies and ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures;Ensures compliance with all government regulations and in concert with the Pharmacist-in-Charge and acts as key contact for all regulatory agencies.Sales & Marketing Leads the PharmaCorr effort in the following areas: Identification of core competencies;Development of win themes and capabilities statements;Development and identification of proprietary solutions and processes;Exploration and attainment of new business in existing markets including the conceptualization, selection, leadership, and conversion of new business opportunities into profitable contracts;Exploration and attainment of new business in new markets.Customer Management Leads the PharmaCorr effort in the following areas:Status Meetings, site visits, contract compliance, inbound call response and resolution;Contract Management Attainment of SLAs, financial objectives, and customer satisfaction;Monitors contract compliance by ensuring that all PharmaCorr activities are reflective of services identified by the client contract;Interacts with clients in order to resolve problems and handle all other operational issues for the purpose of increasing customer satisfaction.
