Position Summary As the core of our business, our neurological physical therapists offer the highest level of customer service in the industry.

The ideal candidate is a Neuro-IFRAH certified PT with acute rehab and outpatient neuro experience working with neurological patients.

The majority of patients seen at this time are patients with a stroke or traumatic brain injury and this candidate is not only comfortable with this population but excited to help them.

This candidate is willing to be a continuous learner, use his/her creativity to connect with patients, and embrace a productive and fun work environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Screening, evaluation, assessment, and treatment of patients with complex neurological disorders Educates patients in rehabilitation process and continuous progressing of home program Trains patient caregivers and families in functional care and therapeutic progressions Coordination of care with orthotists and mobility assistance professions Assists in development of patient care programs Documentation of all patient care Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Doctorate of Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school Current California state physical therapy license Current Basic Life Saving/CPR Certification 2 years of experience as a licensed physical therapist Excellent communication skills Positive attitude and great customer service skills Preferred Experience/Skills Neuro-IFRAH certification and advanced clinical certifications Experience in acute rehab and outpatient neuro-rehab settings Stroke rehabilitation experience
