Description SHIFT: No Weekends SCHEDULE: Full-time Blake Medical Center is seeking an energetic manager for their Med/Surg Unit.

The Manager provides leadership and directs functions of assigned patient care area on a 24 hour basis; ensure effective delivery of clinical patient care and compliance with administrative clinical policies and procedures.

Qualifications BSN required or must obtain within 18 months of hire or transfer.

Master’s preferred.

3 years previous experience in acute care setting required.

Florida RN license or appropriate compact licensure, BLS plus required specialty certifications.

Previous related experience in related acute setting strongly preferred.

Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read and comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions and PC skills.
