This is a Part-time position in Phoenix, AZ posted June 24, 2021.

We are looking for several experienced or “trainable” compounding sales representatives to join our team.

We belong to one of the largest and most well respected compounding pharmacy networks in the country and offer exceptional commission schedules.

We currently employ both full and part time reps.

However, we are moving toward a national compliance model that includes safe-harbor for sales reps, as well as full-time work as W-2 employees.

We handle all insurance/cash payments through our well trained billing and customer service departments, which leaves our reps free to sell.

Our goal is for you to achieve sales success within a compliance driven environment by maintaining a strong foundation of professionalism, ethics, and integrity.Due to our persistent success, we are continually expanding and hiring on a national level.

We are looking for individuals with potentially strong, or preexisting relationships with physicians and other mid-level providers that can market our transdermal compounds and other competitive products effectively.

For individuals with little or no experience, we offer extensive training to prepare you for the challenges and successes of a pharmaceutical sales representative.PREFFERED EXPERIENCECompound Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives should have 1-3 years of experience and should be familiar with one, or more the following fields:Pain Management DermatologyOrthopaedics PodiatrySports Medicine RheumatologyFamily Practice Internal MedicineVarious Surgical Specialties DentistryA successful candidate must also:Be a highly-motivated self-starter who is able to develop personalized sales strategies to meet and exceed company goals.

One should also be familiar with hospital/clinic protocols for contacting physician’s offices, appointment setting, follow-ups, etc.

Our reps also have the capacity and willingness to comply with all company policies.

While all of these characteristics are desired.

They are not required for employment.

We offer extensive training to individuals wanting to break into the pharmaceutical sales field that don’t currently have these skills.

Instead, a strong preexisting relationship with a provider is acceptable.
