We have openings in Anna, IL; Vienna, IL; Rosiclare, IL; and Karnak, IL for full-time and call-in Residential Technicians in our Community Integrated Living Arrangement (CILA) program.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 21 years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Qualifies as a Rehabilitative Services Associate (RSA); Mental Health Professional (MHP) preferred
  • Skilled in the delivery of rehabilitative services to adults
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; basic computer skills.
  • Knowledge of local health and human services resources.
  • Knowledge of basic crisis intervention and conflict resolution techniques.
  • Maintains a valid driver’s license and vehicle liability insurance
  • Maintain First Aid & CPR certification

Salary Range: $14.58 – $15.06 hourly

Hours of Work: Full-time, 40 hours/week

Job Duties include but not limited to:

  • Ensures that the human rights of clients served are upheld in accordance with state and federal rules.
  • Prevents, recognizes, and intervenes in accordance with OIG Abuse/Neglect Rule 50 and health, safety, and infection control procedures to ensure clients are kept safe and secure.
  • Communicates and interacts with clients and peers in an effective, ethical and professional manner.
  • Understands and actively participates in the service plan implementation as assigned by the Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional – QIDP.
  • Assists clients with activities of daily living, personal care and hygiene, mobility, medication administration, and dietary needs.
  • Understands and administers first aid, CPR, and monitors/reports vitals as required and communicates the health status of clients to the Registered Nurse.
  • Effectively intervenes and participates in behavior intervention program as written per client, as applicable.
  • Completes all required forms and documentation in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Demonstrates active involvement in team/program meetings, supervision, and agency/community events and activities as assigned.
  • Ability to screen, assess and provide interventions for clients that are exhibiting symptoms of trauma.

2. Anna, IL – Full-time, 40 hours/week (Friday 11:00pm – 12:00am; Saturday 12:00am – 9:00am; Saturday 8:00pm – 12:00am; Sunday 12:00am – 7:30am; Sunday 10:30pm – 12:00am; Monday 12:00am – 7:45am; Monday 10:30pm – 12:00am; Tuesday 12:00am – 7:45am)

3. Anna, IL – Full-time, 40 hours/week (Sunday: off; Monday: off; Tuesday: 10:30pm–12:00am; Wednesday: 12:00am–7:45pm and 11:30pm–12:00am; Thursday: 12:00am-7:45pm and 8:30pm-12:00am; Friday: 12:00am-8:00am; Saturday:9:00am-8:00pm)

4. Call-in- covering hours and completing miscellaneous tasks at all locations (Karnak, Rosiclare, Anna, Vienna)

5. Rosiclare, IL – (Sunday 12:00am – 7:30am and 10:30pm – 12:00am; Monday 12:00am – 7:45am and 10:30pm – 12:00am; Tuesday 12:00am – 7:45am; Wednesday off; Thursday off; Friday 11:00pm – 12:00am; Saturday 12:00am – 9:00am and 8:00pm – 12:00am)
