What You Will Do As an Associate with St John Health System, you will have the opportunity to maintain, service, and grow profitable accounts for client satisfaction.

Responsibilities: Communicates and documents key client information related to strategic needs, problems, and associated solutions.

Summarizes and reports status of accounts.

Maintains records.

Performs quality assurance activities.

Recommends quality improvements of laboratory processes impacting client service and facilitates intra-laboratory interactions concerning account issues.

Analyzes monthly client revenue reports.

Creates new value added information pieces for clients regarding laboratory procedures, specimen processing, and/or government regulatory/compliance issues.

Identifies status of current accounts, upgrade prospects, or accounts in jeopardy and acts.

Educates clients, ensures compliance and maintains their current signed contracts.

What You Will Need Education: Diploma High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate’s degree, or Bachelor’s degree required Work Experience: 3 years of experience preferred.
