The League for People with Disabilities has an immediate opening for the right individual to join our growing team as the Manager, Therapeutic Integration!

As part of The League work family, you can expect a friendly, supportive, and professional environment that will allow you to have an incredible impact on the lives of people with disabilities.The Therapeutic Integration program is an afterschool program for children with autism, funded by the Autism Waiver.

The Manager of Therapeutic Integration will provide direct supervision to the instructors, Activity Specialist, and Program Assistant.

The Manager will ensure individual goals are being met, appropriate service delivered, and documentation requirements are completed.

They will also coordinate special programming during school closings (i.e., Spring Break, Summer Break, and Winter Break).This position will be a key member of the Youth Autism Services’ management team, working closely with the Director and other managers to align and continuously improve services and stakeholder satisfaction.This position requires excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, along with the knowledge and expertise to guide a team of professionals in delivering high quality, evidence-based, and effective services to children with autism.

This is a full-time, salaried position; further details discussed during the interview process.QUALIFICATIONS Access to a reliable automobile and a valid driver’s license with no more than 3 points (must also have at least 2 years of driving experience).

Requires the ability to maintain positive and professional interactions with a diverse team (persons with disabilities, family members, Service Coordinators, teachers, and League personnel).

Educational And/Or Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience working with disabilities, at least 3 of which must include individuals with autism.

Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, or related field or Certified Special Educator.
