Move Therapy and Wellness is seeking a skilled licensed psychotherapist (LCPC, LSW, LCSW, etc.) for a full time contractual position to work with individual clients in our Lakeview office.

We are looking for motivated candidates who have an interest in holistic health practices, mindfulness meditation, women’s issues, physical health and nutrition.

Ideal candidates have background or additional certification/degree in yoga, nutrition, couples therapy, EMDR, alternative medicine or acupuncture.

This is a part-time position; ranging from 10-15 hours to start with the opportunity to increase to 25-35 hours per week.

Hours are flexible and based upon therapist’s availability and matched clients’ needs.

Candidates must have at least 1 year of post-licensure experience, a National Provider Identifier and have CAQH Identification number for consideration.

Responsibilities/RequirementsProvides psychotherapy services to individuals and/or couples Designs and Facilitates workshops for small groups (yoga, mindfulness, meditation, nutrition, mind/body medicine, journaling, etc) Experience in teaching/using mindfulness based strategies (MBCT), CBT and ACT Exhibits personal qualities, such as open-mindedness, enthusiasm, creativity and adaptability Must be wiling to work at least two weekday evenings and one weekend per week and maintain a caseload of an average of 20 clients per week Possesses exceptional skills in writing, presentation, interpersonal relations, and communication Has at least 1 year post licensure clinical experience Schedules initial appointments with referred clientele and manage changes in scheduling directly with clients Provides clients with resources as appropriate Submits end of day summary of services Maintains updated licensure, malpractice insurance and CAQH attestation OpportunitiesPaid opportunities to contribute to Move Therapy and Wellness blog Semi annual CEU opportunities for a variety of topics Contractual position with the opportunity to grow to W2 status with benfits Must be willing to work at least two evenings and one weekend day per week
