This is a Full-time position in Washington, DC posted January 5, 2022.

As a Travel Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for building a pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals who have interest in traveling to hospital contract assignments, persuasively presenting information about these assignment opportunities, maintaining long-lasting relationships, and growing a successful business. Your prior experience in sales, recruiting, account management or staffing will fast-track your success.

This is a remote position.

Local candidates are also welcome.

Additional responsibilities include:
Prospecting our company supplied database of healthcare professional leads by maintaining a high volume of outbound/inbound calls, texts, and emails while staying well organized.
Vetting and qualifying prospective healthcare professionals.
Utilizing excellent written and verbal communication skills to persuasively present job opportunities including hospital assignment details, location, compensation, and benefits to prospective and existing clients.
Negotiating contract terms and benefits by taking ownership of profitability.
Maintaining long-lasting relationships with healthcare professionals by providing superior customer service before, during and after each assignment.
Growing the number of healthcare professionals on assignment and under your management by meeting and exceeding monthly recruitment goals

We offer an extensive training program consisting of virtual classroom instruction along with hands-on learning and development by partnering with a Senior Recruiter and a dedicated Sales Manager to achieve success.

Proficiency in basic mathematics

Consummate professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
History of success with a will-to-win, optimistic attitude
Bachelor’s Degree or Higher with a focus on business, sales, communication, hospitality, or related field; GPA of 3.0+ required.
Prior professional work experience in inside or outside sales, phone sales, account management, staffing, recruiting, retail, hospitality, or related fields required.
Healthcare or recruitment background is not required to be successful.
