Under the supervision of the Senior Director of Population Health & Quality, the Health Strategy Program Analyst is responsible for working with core operational teams to execute on the company’s health strategy.

In collaboration with Care Management leadership, the position will maintain a comprehensive care coordination data auditing and monitoring portfolio; collaborate with multiple departments and key external stakeholders to improve data quality standards both going into and out of the data warehouse; and represent the company as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all components of care coordination data.

Additionally, the position will be tasked with proactively facilitating the data-driven improvement of care coordination data through collaborative partnerships that guide meaningful experiences through the development, implementation, and evaluation of quality care coordination metrics and outcomes.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in statistics, epidemiology, economics, healthcare management, information systems, informatics, computer science or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute.

Master’s degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum of seven years’ progressive work experience in a healthcare data related field required.

Minimum of three years’ experience interfacing with clinical staff as part of creating work products.

Health care management or insurance field experience highly preferred.

Prior experience working with clinical or care coordination data highly preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Significant experience with clinical data required, including demonstrated application bridging translating clinical workflows into aggregate data output.

Experience in SQL, data management and statistical tools and Microsoft Office required.

Ability to be a systems thinker, and efficiently and effectively engage with both technical and programmatic staff.
