General Dentist Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellence in clinical care while operating in a high paced environment
• Skill in providing excellent customer service and support; organizing and prioritizing workload
• Delivery of patient and team education with proficient written and verbal communication
• Perform dental examinations and create comprehensive treatment plans
• Diagnose and deliver clear aligner technology orthodontic treatment- Invisalign
• Interact effectively and professionally with persons from diverse cultural, social, economic, education, racial, ethnic and professional backgrounds
• Consistently maintain ethical behavior exemplary of quality public service and fair standards, inclusively, among all employees and members of the public
• Work effectively with fellow BDD Doctors, Registered Dental Hygienists, managers, co-worker
• Follow practice guidelines – including OSHA and HIPAA guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned, including but not limited to participation on clinical committees, providing education, Quality Reviews and/or other team activities
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Hold self and fellow team members accountable to follow the culture established in the BDD Mission and Values
• Participate in marketing strategies to provide growth to practice
