The Wound Care Nurse will be required to perform nursing assessments, develop, implement, and evaluate nursing plans of care. Employee must be able to communicate instructions to patient and caregiver under the direction of the Nurse manager and medical director.

  • Current Utah RN License or RN License in a Compact State.
  • American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification.
  • 2 years of experience in acute setting, wound care experience desirable. ET, WOCN or CWS credentials desirable.
