We may have the ideal opportunity for you We are seeking an executive with solid clinical skills to drive the expansion of portfolio offerings.

This growth role merges the specific program and the Client Relationship Executive (CRE) role to provide specialized focus, knowledge and accountability.

This is a senior growth position that will have accountability for the profitable growth of the Oncology Program.The main focus of the role is to manage growth for products and solutions -ensuring that we are maximizing the value of the products using tools and resources create/modify portfolio plan and strategydefine product roadmaps (new and enhancements) and to create go to market plans and materials to support growth and maximize the return on investment.The position includes a hands-on role with CREs through the sales process, subject matter expertise for all areas related to Oncology products, contribution to the training program, and alignment and coordination of internal resources relating to Oncology programs.Responsibilities:
• Partner with the Growth team to identify sales strategies and targets
• Keep program business and clinical teams informed of status of pipeline opportunities and coordinate program leader involvement in growth efforts
• Provide subject matter expertise and support for new business development and client sales
• Work with Analytics department to prepare prospective client analyses to inform Pricing decisions
• Manage and drive ACR Growth via proactive planning and pipeline review
• Develop multi-year and annual growth plans for Oncology products
• Own product scorecards, playbooks and the conversations around each of them
• Create product strategy/goals/plans in conjunction with program leadership
• Develop and maintain program sales tools – sales guides/education sheets and presentation materials in coordination with Marketing
• Proactively drive product value based on market trends, stakeholder needs and client/prospect feedback
• Serve as a conduit between program leadership, the Growth team and the marketplace to facilitate innovation.
• Lead alignment, communication and execution efforts across team and stakeholder groups
• Be an expert in the market for oncology solutions and gather competitive intelligenceMinimum Experience Required
• 8 -10 years of oncology-specific experience, preferably some managed care (MBM, PBM, etc).

• Demonstrated subject matter expertise in the assigned program.

M.D or PharmD preferred
• Experience in client management, sales, product management, marketing or related growth and/or business leadership
• Proven track record in driving the growth of complex services
• Collaborative style and history of partnering across multiple organizations to achieve objective
• Project management and product development expertise
• Knowledge of healthcare industry trends
• Ability to set clear objectives and measures
• Ability to use rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels in the organization.
• Proven presentation skills in client/prospect settings
• Ability to make recommendations and decisions considering relevant business drivers and to meet market needs in a rapidly-growing and dynamic environment
• An engaged and collaborative interpersonal style which can build trusting relationships, team play, negotiate effectively and lead, as appropriate
• Ability to travel at least 50% of the timeSalary: $175,000
