This is a Full-time position in Bainbridge, IN posted February 12, 2020.

Description Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, clinic managers and hospital administrative personnel mandatory.

Must have working knowledge of internal clinic operation from a management perspective in areas such as billing, collections, scheduling, regulatory compliance, managed care, physician recruiting, retention and personnel.

Experience in a captiated environment desired.

May be required, as appropriate, to drive either a CHRISTUS fleet vehicle or personal vehicle to attend educational meetings or perform other business related functions on behalf of CHRISTUS Jasper Memorial Hospital.

Policies and procedures as outlined in the CJMH Fleet Safety Guidelines will be followed.

Follows the CHRISTUS Health Guidelines related to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA), designed to prevent or detect unauthorized disclosure of Protected Health Information (PHI).

Must have preference for working with and assisting people.

Must be able to handle a variety of situations and effectively communicate with people of diverse backgrounds and educational levels.

Must be flexible, able to adjust personal schedules with very little notice.

Requires commitment to the Philosophy and values of the hospital to ensure effective promotion of the Clinic’s Catholic idenity.

Education/Skills Typing, computer knowledge of data base programs Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, healthcare administration or other related field but not required.


Experience Three to five years experience in health care management C.
