Newport Academy is a series of evidence-based healing centers for adolescents and families struggling with mental health issues.

With locations across the United States, Newport Academy offers a family-systems approach, providing gender-specific, individualized, and comprehensive holistic programs that encompass clinical therapy, academic support, and experiential practices. We treat individuals, ages 12–20, who are experiencing depression, anxiety, eating disorders, trauma, and substance abuse.

Offerings include residential treatment, intensive outpatient programming, therapeutic day schools, and day treatment.

Restoring Families.® The Clinical Outreach Coordinator is accountable for the oversight of individual marketing strategies and referral relations for Newport Academy and works under direct supervision of the National Director of Clinical Outreach.

Responsibilities include developing referring relationships with clinicians; health care providers, law enforcement, court system and residential treatment programs.

Candidate identifies new business opportunities and maintains budgeted census goals. Essential Responsibilities:Collaborate with all other key facility/program functions Executive Director, Admissions Director, Clinical Director, Medical and Clinical staff, etc.Serve as facility marketing representative in the North Eastern Region for proactive outbound communication regarding updates, programs and events.Seek input/ feedback to enhance, adjust marketing plans.Establish and drive all program based marketing efforts to achieve admission and census goals for facilities and programs.Identify marketing/admission barriers and assist in resolving issues to facilitate improved relations with referral sources and improve referral process.Demonstrate technical marketing skills and company product knowledge.Budget management: Deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget.Collaborate closely with internal and external providers to oversee development and implementation of marketing resources and initiatives.Conduct market research to identify market requirements for current and future products. Basic Education and Experience Required:Bachelor’s Degree Preferred in Marketing, Healthcare or closely related field OR minimum 3 years of direct experience in marketing, public relations, or communications in a health care setting preferred.Considerable knowledge of marketing and communication principals, practices, and techniques applicable to a healthcare environment.Extensive experience in maintaining and delivering on marketing strategies to meet objectives.Experience required in addictions field.A demonstrated ability to learn and leverage customer and market dynamics.A willingness to travel and work in a national team of professionals is a must.Newport Academy is an Equal Opportunity Employer.by Jobble
