provides state of the art evidenced-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with autism and other related disorders in Southeast Georgia and South Carolina.

The work entails systematic evaluation of ABA services which include: Behavioral services in the center, home, school, and community environments Administering, conducting, evaluating, and supervising the implementation of behavioral assessment measures, skill and behavioral assessments, and functional assessment measures Ensuring appropriate behavioral data systems are implemented such that quantifiable behavioral data is collected at regular intervals to allow for the continual evaluation of behavior plans and the achievement of individual goals and objectives Supervising Behavior Technicians and Assistant Behavior Analysts on the proper implementation of clinical behavior programs and plans, data collection systems and all necessary monitoring and reporting systems Responsibility for ongoing individual program oversight and conducting required supervision of Assistant Behavior Analysts and Behavior Technicians Meeting regularly with the Clinical Director and notifies her immediately of issues impacting client’s progress and satisfaction Completing all necessary documentation in a timely and satisfactory manner as requested by the Clinical Director Maintaining billable caseload and documents billable hours according to the state of Georgia policies and federal regulation Developing written reports documenting behavioral recommendations for parents, caregivers and agency personnel in a timely and accurate manner REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Must be certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analysts [BCBA] by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board Master’s in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, Social Work and fields related to Applied Behavior Analysis.

Must be in good standing and possess current certification with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board.

Must be able to pass a criminal background screening, drug test, and other required credentialing for insurance and other funding sources PREFERRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 2 years’ experience as a BCBA responsible for behavior consultation and/or supervision of ABA programs for individuals with autism and related disorders.
