We have an opportunity to join the Alliance as an Analytics Manager Health Informatics overseeing the Analytics Services (Health Informatics) Department.What You’ll Be Responsible ForReporting to the Analytics Manager, you will Lead the Analytics Team with the primary responsibility to develop and produce high quality analytic reports for use internally and externally based on business needs and direction of the Alliance.

Work with Analytics Technology and Services Department and other related departments/entities to enhance the use of Alliance data systems.

Manage, supervise, mentor and train assigned staff.

Design, manage and implement training programs and/or tools to advance data usage and understanding throughout the organization.

Ensure the quality and consistency of data reporting and analysis throughout the organization.

Manage and lead the process of identifying and analyzing business issues and challenges in order to develop solutions and recommendations, identifies reporting and analytics improvement opportunities and provides proactive leadership and strategic consultative solutions in data integrity, information validity, and insight actionability.What You’ll Need To Be SuccessfulTo read the full position description, and list of requirements click here.

Knowledge of: Health plan and delivery system operations, healthcare informatics, and healthcare benefits and terminology General health service research, outcomes reporting/analytics and program outcomes evaluation Case mix and risk profiling, and health care delivery system processes Advanced SQL and Tableau skills (with hands-on experience) Healthcare industry and healthcare information standards such as HL7, LOINC, FHIR, ICD 9/10 and CPT codes, industry standard groupers, such as ETGs, DRGs, and DCGs Ability to: Interpret and apply complex principles, policies, terms and procedures Effectively, clearly and independently document, summarize and resolve complex issues Present strategic information, data and results in a clear and understandable manner utilizing method appropriate to various forums Effectively adapt to or initiate change Education and Experience: Master’s degree in a Mathematics related discipline, Epidemiology, Bioinformatics, Public Health or a closely related field Six years (or a Master’s degree and a minimum of four years) of clinical analytics experience in a healthcare setting and experience supervising staff; or an equivalent combination of education and experience which would provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities may be qualifying Our Benefits Medical, Dental and Vision Plans Ample Paid Time Off 11 Paid Holidays per year 401(a) Retirement Plan 457 Deferred Compensation Plan Robust Health and Wellness Program EV Charging Stations And many more About UsWe are a group of over 500 dedicated employees, committed to our mission of providing accessible, quality health care that is guided by local innovation.
