JOB DESCRIPTION Nationally top ranking medical spa is looking to add an energetic and skilled aesthetic nurse injector to our team.

We are seeking an EXPERIENCED aesthetic RN/PA/NP injector in Botox/Dysport, and all Juvederm/Restylane products.

The right candidate is strong under pressure, visibly poised, possesses precise injection skills, a desire to learn continually, is a team player, and is motivated to grow themselves and the practice.

You must have the potential to excel in an environment which not only requires technical skill, but also requires a commitment to a fast, high volume pace, as well as comfort with the sales environment that comes with aesthetic medicine.

POSITION: Aesthetic RN/PA/NP Injector – Fulltime COMPENSATION : Hourly plus commission (Services provided and retail products recommended to patients) or commission only based opportunities. Potential for six figure earnings.

Education and Experience: 1.

At least 1 year of experience as a full-time aesthetic injector 2.

Graduate of accredited nursing or physician’s assistant program with current state license 3.

RN/PA/NP license required 4.

Experience in injecting Botox, Dysport, Juvederm, Restylane, and Kybella.

Essential Skills and Abilities: Possesses wide-ranging knowledge of skin care treatment and pathology.

Good problem solving and analytical skills.

Excellent knowledge of dermatology and skin care treatment.

Advanced knowledge of facial anatomy, aseptic technique, and complication management.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work as a team member.

Well-organized with attention to detail and excellent at multi-tasking.

Exceptional charting skills, able to adapt to charting expectations.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Treats patients and co-workers with equal respect.

Empathetic with patient’s needs and concerns.

Be dependable, flexible, reliable, self-motivated and punctual.

Broad and deep knowledge of facial products with the ability to recommend the best at-home treatments (Preferably in SkinMedica, Sente, Lira and Image).

PRIMARY RESPONSABILITIES: Perform aesthetic treatments and consultations including, but not limited to Botox/Dysport, Juvederm and Kybella.

Reviewing each patient’s medical record and chart prior/post treatment including keeping the records up to date with procedure notes, progress notes, before and after photos, treatment placement and dosage, consultation notes, treatment plan outline/schedule, recommended at home care, and recommended next appointment needed.

Ensure effective patient care through the implementation of established clinical practice standards, standardized procedures, written and oral treatment protocols, and training.

Limits their injection techniques and recommendations to the standards set forth by the practice Tracks referral sources and dictates consultation recommendations to the patient.

Maintains the patient’s medical records detailing all treatment procedures, medication history, and educational materials distributed.
