CAREGIVER (PREPOSE AUX BENEFICIAIRES)

 

Les Pavillons LaSalle is a seniors’ residence, located on the island of Montreal. Our mission is to provide our residents with high quality services that meet their individual needs, in a friendly, comfortable and safe environment.

We are currently looking for several caregivers (préposés aux beneficiaires) to join our team.

Mission:

Your mission will mainly consist in ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents by providing them assistance in their daily lives: moving and transfers, eating and drinking, dressing, hygiene, recreation, etc. Your tasks will also include laundry and light housekeeping in the residents’ bedrooms. 

 

Requirements:

  • DEP in Assistance in Healthcare Facilities (preferred) or other caregiver training
  • Having at least a first successful experience in the field
  • Valid certifications for CPR and PDSB / MPSP
  • Ability to work in French (mandatory)
  • Ability to work in English (a significant asset)
